Title Check Junk Folder and Quarantine Email on Office 365 to find missing emails      
Resolution
The First place to check for missing emails is your Junk Folder in the Outlook folder list.
(Especially Gmail Emails)
 
The second place is in the Quarantine Report you get once a day from Office 365.
 
You can also access your Quarantine Folder Online anytime with this link:
How to access your Quarantine Folder
Go to your quarantine page at https://protection.office.com/#/quarantine.
Sign in, using your Office 365 credentials (user ID and password).
On your Quarantine page, you'll see a list of any messages that were sent to you, but were identified as spam and redirected to the quarantine.
Sort or search messages as needed.
