Please note that employees are not to bring their cell phones into the conference rooms for meetings or any formal presentations of any kind. It can be very distracting when team members are using their phones or have alerts and ringers going off in the middle of these meetings, so we ask that everyone abide by this policy to be courteous and respectful of one another.   The person holding the meeting may bring his/her cell phone in the meeting if they are logging into a machine where 2 Factor Authentication is required.
