Title Outlook consistently prompts users to open in safe mode, even after uninstalling/reinstalling
Resolution Log into the server on which Outlook is installed, as an admin, and open regedit. Locate the key HKLM\ Software\ Microsoft\ Windows NT\ Current Version\ Terminal Server\ Install\ Software\ Microsoft\ Office\ 11.0\ Outlook\ Resiliency and delete it. MAKE SURE ANY USERS WHO ARE CURRENTLY LOGGED IN DO NOT HAVE OUTLOOK.EXE OPENED OR THIS WILL NOT WORK!!! Then reboot the server.
