Symptoms:
External domains are unable to send to a newly created distribution group. Receive a bounceback.
Possible Cause:
By default exchange distribution groups require that all senders are authenticated.
Resolution:
From the distribution group properties go to Mail Flow Settings & Message Delivery Restrictions. Uncheck "Require that all senders are authenticated" & apply.
