Engage Knowledge Base Web View    How To
Title Use Eversign with Engage for Digital Signatures on Quotes, Work Orders, Invoices and More
Resolution
Team, I tested and it's working.  This is the process. (Quote, Work Order, Order, Invoice all the same)
When you click on the Digi Sign button it creates a PDF of the Quote and Saves it to the Scorpion\PDF directory.
Then the code Opens Windows File Explorer to that directory with a filter string of *Quote#*.PDF so the current Quote PDF shows in the directory.

Then the code Opens Internet Explorer to EverSign Login Page.
Login or click Ok if you Saved your login.
      • If IE is Maximized it will be covering up the Windows Explorer Window to the PDF directory
      • So click the middle box in the top right corner to shrink the IE Window (Not Minimize, Shrink to be partial page)
      • Now you should see the Explorer Window with the new PDF of the Quote.
      • Just drag the PDF to the Drop Files box on the EverSign IE Window and proceed to send.
      • With the Windows Explorer Window still open you can Copy and Paste the File Name into EverSign as the "Document Title" and also the "Message".
      • This process works the same for Orders, Invoices, Work Orders, Quote Trak or any Engage form using the Print Manager.

Potential issues:
The IE Window to EverSign may open in the background instead of on top.
It depends on if IE is already open and/or how you last opened and closed it.
IE mostly opens in Full Window so you need to shrink it (not minimize).
So you can see both the Explorer and EverSign Windows at the same time.
Explorer may take a minute to populate the screen for some reason as it reads the directory
                        N:\Scorpion\PDF\Quote#XXXX.PDF
If you want to Digi Send an existing PDF Quote just browse to that directory with EverSign
Every Quote PDF is saved here
