How to Reenable Outlook Web Folders
Outlook Web Folders are Folders in Outlook that you can set to show a WebPage in the Outlook Window.

Option 1: Add this registry key to your registry
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Outlook\Security]
"EnableRoamingFolderHomepages"=dword:00000001

Option 2: Import the Registry Key under the Documents Folder for this KB
File Name: EnableOutlookWebFolders
  1. Close Outlook and Re-Start to enable WebFolders
  2. Create a new folder
  3. Name it to whatever website you want to view
  4. Save and Edit the Folder Properties
  5. Now you will see a Tab Called Home Page
  6. Under the Home Page Tab you can Enter a Website URL
  7. Check the box for Show home page by default for this folder
  8. Click OK
