Resolution
Enable IE Mode Compatibility in Windows Edge Browser
 
  1. Open Microsoft Edge
  2. Select the Settings option.
  3. Click on Default browser.
  4. Under the "Internet Explorer compatibility" section, turn on the "Allow sites to be reloaded in Internet Explorer mode" toggle switch.
  5. You may want to add the bank website in the "Internet Explorer mode pages" section as well.
  6. Click the Restart button.
 
Option 2:
 
Compatibility Mode IE
  1. Open Internet Explorer and press the Alt key to make the menu bar appear.
  2. From the menu bar, select 'Tools' From the dropdown menu under 'Tools,'
  3. check to determine if 'Compatibility View' is selected.
  4. If it is, then deselect it
