Title 3CX Client How to setup Auto Status Change on Workstation Idle      
Resolution
3CX Client can auto update your Extension Status when your Computer is Idle
for a specified period of time.
 
For Example, if you are away from your computer for 25 minutes your 3CX Client will automatically set your 3CX Extension Status to "Away" . or a setting of your choice.
 
On the main page of the 3CX Desktop Client - >
-> "Settings" on the Bottom Right of the client
-> "Configure Accounts"
-> Double Click on your Account
-> Very Bottom Left "Advanced Settings"
-> Middle of the form "Auto Change Status when idle".
 
Check the box for "Auto Change Status when idle".
Setup your idle timeout in minutes.
Set what you want your Status to change to on idle.
