How to Reenable Outlook Web Folders
Outlook Web Folders are Folders in Outlook that you can set to show a WebPage in the Outlook Window.
 
 
Option 1: Add this registry key to your registry
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Outlook\Security]
"EnableRoamingFolderHomepages"=dword:00000001
 
 
 
Option 2: Import the Registry Key under the Documents Folder for this KB
File Name: EnableOutlookWebFolders
  1. Close Outlook and Re-Start to enable WebFolders
  2. Create a new folder
  3. Name it to whatever website you want to view
  4. Save and Edit the Folder Properties
  5. Now you will see a Tab Called Home Page
  6. Under the Home Page Tab you can Enter a Website URL
  7. Check the box for Show home page by default for this folder
  8. Click OK
  9. Now click on the Folder and the URL will display in the Outlook Window
