Work Order Task Details - Auto Updates to Main Work Order
    1. When you Update the Task Status in the Task Details Window
    2. If the "Update Work Order Status with Task Status Box is Checked
        1. The Work Order Status will be updated to the Task Status (Unless it's closed, to Close a Work Order it has to be done from the main Work Order)
    3. This will also post an update to the Work Done Field as "Entry Date: 11/6/2023 Current Task Status: Work Completed"
 
In addition, to speed up the Data Entry Process there is a button to click which will copy the "Scope of Work" to the "Work Done" field.  
Then the technician just needs to update "Work Done" with the specific info. It just provides a head start to Data Entry.
 
And Also . next to the Work Done Field there is a Button to "Post Task Details and Work Done to Update the Work Order"
This Button copies several data fields to the main Work Order.  
    1. It copies the Work Done to the Work Description Summary on the main work order.
        1. This field is used when a Work Order is turned into an Invoice to copy a summary of the work order to the Invoice
    2. Date of Task Service is copied to Date Expected
    3. Time In is copied to Expected Date
    4. Assigned To is copied to Work Done By
    5. Date of Service is copied to Service Date
    6. Task Status is copied to WO Status
